The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing tracking solutions, ensuring accurate data collection, and enabling actionable insights across web and digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:- Implement and manage Google Tag Manager containers across multiple websites and platforms.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to define tracking requirements.- Create and maintain tags, triggers, and variables in GTM to support analytics and marketing needs.- Ensure accurate data collection for tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and other third-party platforms.- Debug and troubleshoot tag implementation issues using tools like Tag Assistant, Chrome DevTools, and GTM Preview Mode.- Maintain documentation of tagging strategies, data layers, and tracking specifications.- Monitor data quality and integrity across analytics platforms.- Support A/B testing and personalization efforts through tag-based tracking.- Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving analytics technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3–6 years of experience in digital analytics or tag management.- Strong proficiency in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (Universal & GA4).- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for tag customization.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
