Job Description :

- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in retail asset operations handling disbursals of both Secured and Unsecured Loan Products- Must have complete Operations disbursal process knowledge from Post sanction to disbursement and post disbursement activities. Preferably if handled centralized disbursal.- Effective communication and presentation skills- Large Team handling capability and co-ordination between various business functions- Understanding of Digital loan products operational process- Maintain industry best Turn around Time and Quality processing- Operational Process understanding with further capabilities on Training & awareness to Team members.- Conduct assessments to identify and analyze potential Operational risk- Develop effective controls and systems.- Managing and Monitoring Operations Key Risk identifiers and maintain within defined limit- Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks.- Create contingency plans to ensure Business Continuity- Knowledge of Audit processes and procedures to identify weaknesses.- Proven experience in handling key operational processes- Familiarity with industry best practices and regulations & relevant digitization through various tools- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.- Should have the knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Power Point / Word & MIS Management. Also have the System Knowledge, Preferably of FinnOne System.- Should have Team Management Skills with Team building approach.- Should have the behavioral Skills like Good Communications Skills / Presentation Skills / Negotiation Skills
