Job Overview Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert Location: Bangalore (Onsite, Full-time) Experience: 4-5 Years Trimmings: US Time Zone Preferred Immediate Joiners Only Roles and Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot solutions to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality projects on time. - Develop automated email campaigns using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, Journey Builder, and Pardot Engagement Studio. - Configure and optimize Pardot for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and automation workflows. - Implement Marketing Cloud Growth strategies, leveraging features like Audience Builder, Einstein AI, and Personalization Builder to drive customer engagement and retention. - Analyze campaign performance using Analytics Builder and Pardot Reports to optimize marketing strategies and ROI. - Troubleshoot issues related to data integration, workflow setup, email deliverability, and report generation in Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot. - Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices for implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Growth and Pardot features. Job Requirements - Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud Growth, and Pardot. - Hands-on experience in developing automated email campaigns using AMPscript, HTML/CSS, Journey Builder, and Pardot automation tools. - Experience working with SQL queries for data retrieval from various sources (e.g., databases). - Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Growth features such as Audience Segmentation, Einstein AI, and Predictive Analytics. - Proficiency in Pardot connectors, lead management, email marketing best practices, and engagement tracking. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders across different departments. 1. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns using Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Email Studio. 2. Audience Segmentation: Create targeted customer segments using real-time data, predictive analytics (Einstein AI), and behavior tracking. 3. Automation & Personalization: Develop automated customer journeys with personalized content across email, SMS, and push notifications. 4. Data Analysis & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance using Analytics Builder, optimizing strategies based on insights and ROI. 5. Cross-Channel Marketing: Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, social media platforms, and ad channels for seamless omnichannel experiences.
