WHO YOU ARE We are looking for colleagues with ..... Experience of DC financial and operational controlling. Strong financial knowledge and understanding of accounting principles. Strong analytical ability as well as excellent business acumen. Experience and technical ability in financial tools, with the proactive approach to quickly adapt to new systems and dynamics. Strong understanding of end-to-end DC operations and organisation structure. Great communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with management and specialists in different functions of varying levels. Ability to perform under pressure, with strong ability to prioritise Solid understanding of local Sales organisation and its inner working. Proven experience in setting goals with plans and actions on how to achieve them. Ability to identify scalable initiatives for improvement and drive them from ideation to successful completion.
