We are looking for a new colleague in the Program Buyer position of Management department at our plant facility in India, Coimbatore Your Tasks  New Project/Product development and Co-ordination  Initiate Sourcing Cases in SWAT Product Change Management CFT Support (Bearings & Electromechanical Assemblies) VAVE & BOM Cost Management Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/mechatronics engineering or Equivalent. Years of relevant experience: 6-8 yrs. of experiences in the field of Heavy engineering Industries & expert knowledge in Purchase, Supplier Development, VA/VE & Global Sourcing of relevant products.Functional/Technical competences (max 8) 1.Good Techno-commercial knowledge on commodities (Assemblies, Bearings & others)2.Well conversant with supplier development and knowledge of supplier handling.3.Working experience on ERP (SAP), Microsoft office, Power BI & Power Apps4.Strong communication and negotiation skills5.Adherence to QMS, EMS & OHSAS (WI, HIRA, SIS, EMP etc.,)6.Knowledge of 5S, Kanban, Kristal, ZFPS & Kaizen
