We are seeking an experienced L&D & Training Content Manager with 5-7 years of experience to lead the development and management of our training programs. This role involves creating, curating, and delivering engaging learning content that supports employee development and aligns with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
Design and develop training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids.
Curate content from external sources to supplement internal training programs.
Ensure all training materials are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with business needs.
Program Management:
Lead the implementation of training programs across the organization.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
LMS Management:
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery of online training.
Upload and organize content, track learner progress, and generate reports on training outcomes.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in L&D and apply them to enhance training programs.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend solutions.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Requirements:
Experience: 5-7 years as a L&D facilitator & practitioner.
Technical Skills:
Must have experience creating training content & presentation from scratch & deliver it to audience batch sizes of 10 to 30.
Proficiency in LMS management and e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, GoAnimate) is a plus.
Storyteller with a strong background in conducting L&D training sessions for mid-lower management. Preferably for Business Development & Sales teams.
L&D certifications in MBTI, DISC profiling, Johari Window etc will be a bonus
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Education. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
