Ideal Candidate Role & Accountabilities:

  1. This job description explains the role of a forward-thinking innovator who focuses on what consumers want and leads the way in creating new products for skincare, haircare, and face care.
  2. Creating Effective Product Ideas: The innovator should be really good at coming up with product ideas that grab consumers' attention and can succeed in a fast-moving marketing world.
  3. Leading Innovation: This means coming up with great product ideas, making sure they launch on time, planning how to keep coming up with new ideas, and working closely with the marketing team to make sure each idea fits different markets.
  4. Managing Projects: Making sure projects run smoothly from the start of the idea to when the product is ready to launch.
  5. Finding What Makes Products Stand Out: Figuring out what makes products special, writing up new ideas for products, deciding how the brand should look, and helping design product packaging.
  6. Listening to Consumers: Speaking up for what consumers want throughout the process, from how the brand looks to how products are made, and using consumer insights to make decisions.
  7. Developing Concepts and Research: Leading the way in creating new ideas, finding out what consumers and competitors are doing, and finding new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  8. Using Insights Every Step of the Way: Making sure insights from research are used at every stage, from coming up with ideas to seeing how products do after they're launched, and working closely with the marketing and research teams.
  9. Keeping Up with Trends: Staying updated on what's popular with consumers through traditional methods and by listening to what people say online, and using this information to make business plans.
  10. Staying Ahead of Trends: Always keeping an eye on what's popular across different categories and using this knowledge to come up with new and better products in skincare, haircare, baby care, and face care.
  11. Overall, this role needs someone who can think creatively, manage projects well, understand what consumers want, and predict what trends will be popular in the future to drive innovation and growth in the specified product categories.
  12. The ideal candidate should have excellent skills in Data Analytics and Project Management, preferably with experience in the beauty industry.
