Profile Description:

We are looking for a product manager to drive the development and management of our products and solutions. You will be responsible for leading the product strategy, roadmap, and execution, leveraging your deep understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto market. Your expertise in product management, combined with your passion for emerging technologies, will enable you to deliver cutting-edge products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.


Qualification:

▪ Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).


Required Skills:

▪ Proven experience as a Product Manager in the IT industry (Plus if it’s in the Crypto & Blockchain industry).

▪ Understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and related concepts is a plus;

▪ Strong knowledge of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

▪ Demonstrated success in delivering innovative products from concept to launch.

▪ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

▪ Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

▪ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

▪ Strong passion for emerging technologies and the Crypto & Blockchain industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

▪ Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, customer insights, and industry trends in the Crypto & Blockchain space.

▪ Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.

▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to align product goals with overall business objectives.

Product Development and Execution:

▪ Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.

▪ Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, working closely with design and engineering teams.

▪ Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business priorities.

Market Research and Customer Insights:

▪ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and emerging trends in the Crypto & Blockchain industry.

▪ Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct user interviews, and perform usability tests to gain insights for product improvements.

▪ Use data-driven decision-making to guide product strategy and optimize user experience.

Stakeholder Management:

▪ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, partners, and industry experts, to gather input and validate product ideas.

▪ Communicate product updates, milestones, and plans to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Product Launch and Adoption:

▪ Plan and execute product launches, working closely with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

▪ Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition to target customers.

▪ Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on features and functionalities to continuously improve the product.

Industry Knowledge and Thought Leadership:

▪ Stay updated with the latest trends, regulations, and advancements in the Crypto & Blockchain industry.

▪ Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and thought leadership on product strategy, market opportunities, and competitive landscape.
