Founded in 2023, Cover Sure is building India’s most trusted and unbiased insurance platform — one that’s simple, personalized, and truly user-first.Cover Sure’s mission is to provide affordable, transparent, and data-driven insurance solutions that empower users to make informed choices and feel confident about their coverage.We are backed by ENAM Holdings with Pre-Series-A $4 million funding, allowing us to invest deeply in product innovation, compliance infrastructure, and talent — giving us a strong foundation to scale responsibly and ambitiously.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a senior business development professional with a strong track record in alliances, partnership acquisition, and enterprise sales within the insurance, fintech, or financial services ecosystem.The incumbent will lead B2 B partnership development across key verticals such as:Tie-ups with wealth-techs, fintechs, and aggregatorsCredit Life Insurance with NBFCs, Fintechs and Lending PlatformsGroup Health Insurance with Corporates and EmployersThis role requires a strategic networker with the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders, negotiate partnership models, and close high-value alliances that drive Cover Sure’s growth.Qualifications10–15 years of experience in B2 B business development, alliances, or partnership acquisition roles within insurance, fintech, financial services, or Saa S ecosystems.Understanding of insurance products and digital platform integrations.Proven record of closing high-value partnerships with CXO-level stakeholders.Experience in building alliances with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and large corporates is essential.Strong networking and relationship management capabilities.Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and outcome-oriented.
