This role is ideal for someone with foundational BI experience who is eager to grow by contributing to dashboard development, stakeholder engagement, and analytical problem-solving What you will be doing Dashboard Development: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support business reporting and decision-making. Data Preparation: Extract, clean, and prepare data from various sources to feed into BI tools. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, gather feedback, and iterate on dashboard designs. Analytical Translation: Translate business questions into structured analysis and deliver clear, actionable insights. Ad-hoc Analysis: Support day-to-day analytical tasks, including ad-hoc reporting and campaign performance analysis. Performance Monitoring: Assist in developing tools and frameworks to monitor Loyalty/CRM performance metrics. Data Storytelling: Present data and insights in a clear, business-friendly manner through strong storytelling and visualization skills.
