Role Description :
E-Commerce Strategy & Growth – Develop and execute the online sales strategy across D2C, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms to drive revenue and market share.
Channel & Platform Management – Manage relationships with e-commerce partners, ensure strong brand visibility, optimized listings, pricing, and promotions.
Performance & Analytics – Track sales, KPIs, and competitor benchmarks; generate insights and recommendations for continuous growth.
Marketing & Promotions – Collaborate with marketing teams to run digital campaigns, promotional calendars, and optimize ROI on spends.
Customer Experience – Ensure a seamless online journey, manage retention initiatives, and uphold service quality for e-commerce customers.
Inventory & Operations – Coordinate with supply chain to forecast demand, manage stock, and ensure smooth fulfillment.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration – Lead e-commerce team and vendors, and align cross-functional teams to support product launches and overall business objectives
