Description: Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP PS (ProjectSystems) Consultant with expertise in CATS (CrossApplication TimeSheet) implementation to join our team. The ideal candidate willhave a minimum of 5 years of handson experience in SAP PS moduleimplementation configuration and support with a focus on CATS timewritingfunctionality.Responsibilities:
  • Leadthe design configuration and implementation of SAP PS solutionswith a specific focus on CATS time writing functionality to supportproject time tracking andreporting.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders togather and analyze business requirements related to time trackingresource allocation and project managementprocesses.
  • Configure SAP PS module settingsincluding project structures WBS elements networks milestones andproject profiles to align with project management requirements andCATS integration.
  • Customize CATS functionalityand workflows to meet specific time tracking requirements includingtime entry approval workflows and integration with other SAPmodules.
  • Lead workshops training sessions andknowledge transfer activities to educate endusers on CATSfunctionality best practices and processimprovements.
  • Provide expert guidance andsupport to project teams throughout all phases of the SAP PSimplementation lifecycle including requirements gathering designconfiguration testing deployment and postgolivesupport.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsincluding SAP developers functional consultants and businessanalysts to ensure successful project delivery and integration withother SAP modules.
  • Document functionalspecifications configuration guides and user manuals for SAP PSsolutions and CATS time writing processes.
  • Stayuptodate on the latest SAP PS and CATS trends updates and bestpractices and provide recommendations for process improvements andsystemenhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology BusinessAdministration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5years of handson experience in SAP PS module implementationconfiguration and support.
  • Proven experienceimplementing CATS functionality within SAP PS projects includingtime entry approval processes and integration with SAP HR and SAPFICO modules.
  • Strong understanding of SAP PSfunctionality including project structures cost planning resourcemanagement and milestone billing.
  • Indepthknowledge of integration points between SAP PS and other SAPmodules such as SAP HR SAP FICO and SAPMM.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving anddecisionmaking skills.
  • Strong communicationinterpersonal and stakeholder managementskills.
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously.
  • SAP PS certification is aplus.
