This role ensures the successful onboarding of new schools, fosters strong relationships with school leaders, and supports implementation of LEAD’s solutions to maximize student learning outcomes.Key Responsibilities :Drive the expansion of the LEAD IIT - JEE/NEET Test Prep by acquiring and onboarding new school partnerships, ensuring alignment with LEAD’s mission.Act as the single point of contact for partner schools, building strong relationships based on understanding of parent aspirations, school owner needs, and market dynamics.Support school growth through parent engagement initiatives, admission programs, and regional brand-building efforts.Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with LEAD’s goals, ensuring smooth transition to the Key
