Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled PCS Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS) and a solid understanding of business process management (BPM) principles. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business processes using Oracle PCS, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and Development :

- Design, develop, and implement business processes using Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS).

- Create process models, workflows, and integrations with other Oracle Cloud Services or third-party applications.

- Develop custom user interfaces using Oracle Visual Builder or other UI tools as required.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure processes are thoroughly tested and meet business expectations.

Optimization and Maintenance :

- Perform process optimization and tuning to enhance performance and scalability.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing PCS :

- Document all aspects of the development process, including process designs, configurations, and user guides.

- Ensure that best practices and coding standards are followed.

Training and Support :

- Provide training and support to end-users and other developers on Oracle PCS.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud updates and industry trends to ensure the organization leverages the latest capabilities of PCS.

Experience :

- 5 + years of experience working with Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS).

- Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts.

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.

- Proficiency in creating and managing process flows, business rules, and integration patterns.

- Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder is an advantage.
