Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Analyst to join our team at Oracle. As a Cloud Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to customers using Oracle's Cloud-based products.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers via phone, email, and online channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle's Cloud-based products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with new product releases, features, and enhancements
  • Communicate complex technical information to customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 6-9 years of experience in implementation, support, or upgrade of Oracle EBS suite of products
  • 1 implementation experience on SaaS ERP Finance– AR, AP, GL, Cash Mgmt, Fixed Assets, etc.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to relate product functionality to meet customer needs
  • Ability to read and decipher software log and trace files
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
  • 5-6 years of experience in Implementation, support, or upgrade of Oracle SaaS Fusion Financials
  • Hands-on configuration experience on at least one or more modules – Fusion Accounts Receivables Cloud, Fusion Payables Cloud, Fusion GL, Accounting Hub
  • Knowledge of Fusion Cloud architecture, setup manager, and activities
Salary and Benefits:

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
