Job Purpose - As part of the Customer Success Team at Decimal, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our customers and identifying new business opportunities within these accounts. This team plays a vital role in building and nurturing long-term relationships with our key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty throughout their partnership with Decimal.
Job Responsibilities -
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts.
Generate revenue among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customers.
Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
Communicate client needs to Decimal effectively.
Analyze client requirements and coordinate internally with various stakeholders.
Forecast and track client account metrics.
Manage projects through delivery leads/PMs within client relationships, aligning client goals with company objectives.
Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
Coordinate with other channels (Delivery, Platform, Support) working on the same account to ensureconsistent service.
Service multiple clients concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines.
Prepare and coordinate requirement documents.
Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
