Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To plan and analyze cost by preparing accurate estimate based on details provided by team members
  • To finalize project budget in consultation with architects, sales & other cross-functions
  • To benchmark finishes amenities & specifications of similar projects of other developers and makes a cost comparative statement.
  • To monitor and analyze final budgetary estimate based on various inputs, discussions with all functions and value engineering exercises
  • To conduct detailed value engineering exercises and suggest possible cost saving measures for the project
  • To control all material consumption and labor contracts in SAP through team members
  • To update project cost as per approved variances and prepare quarterly MIS
  • To develop and motivate team members
  • To conduct a survey of various tools, new techniques/softwares available for quantity and cost calculation to achieve optimization of available resources
