JobDescription:

Weare seeking an Associate Director of engineering with anactiveoriented mindset and a focus on exceeding expectations whooperates with vision and integrity. Associate Directors ofengineering can expect to play an active role in the developmentand completion of projects meet and report back to upper managementplan and monitor work schedules and cash flows and work withmultiple and diverse teams. Some of their responsibilities alsoinclude aligning engineering activities and projects with companygoals and objectives providing expert guidance and supportapproving newlydeveloped policies from various departments andmaintaining positive relationships with both internal and externalstakeholders.

Abilityto understand requirement running Agile Scrums defining test casesand guiding QA team to ensure quality of products

Envisioningthe product road map and handling the development team of 15members on daily basis for effective sprint delivery education andexperience.

EducationandExperience

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fieldrequired.
