About the RoleTop Hire ( is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Associate. At Top Hire, a Talent Acquisition Associate is a client-facing role similar to a Recruitment Consultant.A Talent Acquisition Associate will work alongside Account Managers and help in the success of the client.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the hiring needs of the clients assigned to youSuggest relevant candidates from the talent poolOnboard clients and ensure they understand how best to use the Top Hire platformManage candidate status and communication on our applicant tracking systemEvaluate and act upon client feedback at every stage to enhance their experience with Top HireOverlook the complete recruitment cycle for clients and maximize hiresNegotiate key offers made with candidates and clients to minimize dropoutsHelp with interview coordination between client and candidateUpdate pertinent information related to the hiring workflow on a daily basisQualificationsBachelor’s degree in any fieldGreat English communication both written and spokenThe skill to shortlist candidates as per the desired requirements of the clientConscientious.
