Role Overview

We are looking for a driven
Field Sales Representative
to join our growth team. You will be responsible for building client relationships, presenting our IT solutions, and converting opportunities into revenue. This is a quota-carrying role that demands strong communication, networking, and deal-closing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
  • Collaborate with the presales/technical team to prepare BOQs and proposals.
  • Manage the sales cycle from first contact to closure.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide weekly sales reports.
  • Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing/IT preferred).
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in IT hardware, networking, or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with products like Fortinet, Sophos, Aruba, Cisco, or similar is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel extensively.
