Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiency in design software for static and dynamic creations (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) ·
  • Video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  • Experience creating impactful b2b visuals for case studies, whitepapers, brochures, and event banners relevant to the cybersecurity industry.
  • Experience in creating high-quality presentations (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote)
  • Strong understanding of design principles (e.g., hierarchy, balance, contrast, typography, color theory)
  • Ability to translate complex information into visually compelling designs
  • Understanding of B2B marketing best practices and buyer personas

Other Skills:

  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and their application to B2B marketing materials (e.g., creating clear navigation for white papers, ensuring accessibility for presentations).
  • Awareness of current B2B design trends and the ability to apply them strategically to create visually compelling and on-brand materials.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software for B2B marketing materials (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with additional tools like After Effects for video editing or animation
  • Working knowledge of popular CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) for potential website design elements or landing page creation


Key Roles and Responsibilities


Design Strategy and Execution:

  • Lead the design strategy and execution for a variety of B2B marketing materials
  • Ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality design aesthetic across all marketing collateral, including case studies, brochures, event banners, whitepapers, presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote), and potential website elements.
  • Stay up-to-date on current B2B design trends and best practices, and strategically incorporate them into marketing materials.

Visual Communication: ·

  • Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and visually compelling designs for non-technical audiences.
  • Create high-impact visuals (data visualizations, infographics, icons, etc.) to enhance the understanding and engagement of marketing materials.
  • Develop engaging presentations (webinars, sales decks) that effectively communicate key messages and persuade target audiences.
  • Experience with video editing to create short explainer videos or social media content.

Collaboration and Project Management:

  • Collaborate effectively with internal marketing teams (content marketing, digital) and external partners to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions on time.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand style guides and design templates
