Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer at Natch, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product development, and sales teams to create engaging and impactful designs that resonate with our audience. From packaging design to digital marketing assets, your work will help drive our brand’s growth and customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


• Branding & Visual Identity: Develop and maintain the visual identity of Natch across all platforms, ensuring consistency in design language and brand messaging.

• Packaging Design: Create compelling and innovative packaging designs for our range of snack products, taking into account both aesthetic appeal and functionality.

• Marketing Collateral: Design a variety of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and point-of-sale displays.

• Website & E-commerce Assets: Design and update visual content for our website, e-commerce platforms, and other digital channels to enhance user experience and drive conversions.

• Product Photography & Styling: Collaborate with photographers to style and capture high-quality product images for use in marketing and sales materials.

• Creative Campaigns: Contribute to the ideation and execution of creative campaigns that align with our brand’s ethos and target audience.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the FMCG or food & beverage industry.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects, with an emphasis on branding and packaging.

• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage time effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Experience with photography, illustration, and video editing is a plus.

• Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles is a plus.
