Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer with 3 to 4 years of experience in a creative agency environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and video content. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to create dynamic content that drives engagement and enhances brand storytelling.


Roles & Responsibilities

1.     Design and develop motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms (web, social media, ads, etc.).

2.     Work alongside graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure design solutions meet brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

3.     Create compelling storyboards and visualize animation sequences for approval before production

4.     Edit raw footage into polished content using motion graphics to enhance visual appeal.

5.     Ensure all designs meet the highest quality standards and align with the project’s creative vision.

6.     Continuously research and implement new tools, techniques, and trends in motion graphics and design.

7.     Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide creative solutions that exceed expectations.

8.     Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and feedback.


Job Requirement

1.     Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.

2.     3 to 4 years of agency experience in motion design and video editing.

3.     Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or similar motion design and editing tools.

4.     Ability to come up with innovative solutions and fresh ideas for motion content.

5.     Must be able to clearly communicate design ideas and concepts to team members and clients.

6.     High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially under tight deadlines.

7.     A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work is mandatory.
