About the Role:We’re looking for a polite, energetic, people-friendly individual to be the face of Caffix. You'll greet guests, manage orders on Petpooja, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure smooth café service.Responsibilities Welcome and seat customers with a warm, friendly attitudeHandle dine-in, takeaway & delivery orders on PetpoojaGuide customers through the menu and answer queriesCoordinate with kitchen & barista for timely order flowMaintain cleanliness & order at service counters and tablesSupport billing, packaging & customer requestsAssist with managing reservations and table flowHelp with basic café tasks as needed (water service, table reset, etc.)Requirements Experience with Petpooja (preferred)Good communication & customer-interaction skillsPleasant personality & good hospitality mannersAbility to multitask & stay calm during peak hoursBasic billing & POS understandingTeam-oriented attitudeIdeal Candidate Loves café culture & interacting with customersWell-spoken, presentable, and humbleLearns fast and enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentPerks Work in a vibrant café environmentExposure to hospitality & customer experienceGrowth opportunities within Caffix
