Tech & Content Associate – Caffix Tech

About the Role: Caffix Tech is looking for a smart, tech-savvy individual who loves Apple products, enjoys creating content, and can manage our Shopify store. You'll be the face of our tech space — helping customers, showcasing products, and supporting our online presence.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with Apple products & tech accessoriesProvide a great in-store experience, recommend products, and solve queriesShoot and create basic product content (reels/photos)Publish and manage listings on ShopifyHelp plan and execute tech-related content for social mediaSupport orders, returns, and service coordinationKeep product displays updated & maintain product knowledgeRequirementsStrong interest in technology & Apple ecosystemBasic understanding of Instagram & content trendsHands-on experience with Shopify (preferred, not mandatory)Good communication & customer-interaction skillsPhotography & reel-shooting ability is a plusEager to learn and grow in a tech + retail environmentWhat You’ll GetChance to work closely with Apple products & tech creatorsOpportunity to grow in tech retail + content spaceFun, dynamic café-tech environment (coffee perks included)Who Should ApplySomeone who is tech-curious, confident, good with people, and excited about blending retail + tech + content creation.
