Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, maintaining client accounts, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves frequent travel to client sites and requires strong communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Sales Strategy, and Sales Management
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Account Management
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive strategies
- Proficiency in using sales software and digital tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the Security, Facility Management, or Cash Logistics industries is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
