Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves daily tasks such as identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team, as well as coordinating with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work on-site full time in Chennai
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
