Job Description Lead the Global Business Services (GBS) operations in Pune, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Develop and implement strategies to optimise processes and drive cost efficiency. Manage cross-functional teams and ensure their performance meets organisational expectations. Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee compliance with local and international regulations. Serve as a key point of contact for senior leadership regarding GBS operations. Foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the team. The Successful Applicant A successful Head GBS India should have: A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in managing global business services or shared services operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with the chemical industry and its operational requirements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on process optimisation.
