ABOUT GLOBAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (GBS): A business partner & transformation engine for TMICC and aim to offer integrated of People, process, data and technology from design to deliver.

As part of this set-up, Magnum Ice Cream will establish a future-fit and innovative GBS organization, partnering with multiple business functions across a global footprint to optimize processes, unlock business savings, and operational efficiency.

The GBS organization will partner key business functions including Finance, Enterprise Solutions and Information Technology, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Marketing, Customer Development and Sales, and Sustainability. A significant proportion of GBS roles will be based in one of our GBS hubs, with supporting spokes to be established in the Americas and Europe.

JOB PURPOSE:

The role will be setting up the Master data management, digital data reporting & data analytics capabilities in GBS for TMICC by working closely with respective GBS Functional Solution "towers", Business and Functions and IT . With the demerger of TMICC from Unilever, the role will lead and support the relevant demerger activities such as TSA exit & transfer, data cleaning and data migration. The role is also owning the performance management for GBS such as dashboard and KPI management

Your role in GBS will be to lead the demerger, set up & stabilize Masterdata operations (including MDM technologies).

You will be defining and implementing Reporting, Analytics and AI roadmap for all GBS incoming processes. You will support in identification, definition & implementation of right mix of tech & AI enabled solutions (for identified opportunities & pain points across value streams of selected incoming processes), during and after transition to GBS.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Set up the Data governance in TMICC for strategic data and platform strategy.
• Master Data Management (MDM).: To define, set up and own the transition and smooth operations of Masterdata management for all domains (Customer, Vendor, Finance, Product etc.) for TMICC from the demerger.
• Digital Data Reporting: To define and set up this capability and set up the team to support TMICC across different domains covering Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Procurement and so on.
• To set up the data product owners capability in GBS to support the relevant functional domains.
• Data strategy, model & management: Ensure smooth implementation of data model, integration of data across platforms, and effective E2E data management (support in establishing single source of truth, data quality, data cleaning, fostering data availability in near real-time).
• Performance management: Establish and implement performance management framework within GBS
• Data-Analytics to support decision making, forecasting and other means: Scale up the reporting, data analytics leveraging on available technologies such as Agentic AI and automation. This is to aim to create value by identifying and exploiting trends, preferences, and other information by working closely with key stakeholders in GBS Functional Solution "Towers", Business and Functions
• Since GBS is operating in a hybrid model (both captive and outsource capabilities) in order to optimise our capabilities network, the role will be closely collaborated with external technology providers
• The role will be part of the Leadership team in GBS and will play a key role to contribute the strategy of GBS
• The role will always support and drive continuous improvement and efficiency via process standardization, improvement, automation leveraging both internal and external capabilities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Experience

• Proven 10 years+ experience in setting up master data management, data reporting and analytics capabilities for multinational companies
• Proven records in defining data strategy, transformation, organization restructuring and change management
• Experience in MDG or similar tools are as advantage
• 10 years+ in leadership role in GBS or Business organization
• Familiar with the latest technologies in data, automation and AI
• Lean practitioner and/or green belt+ qualification
• 5 years+ experience in transition experience

Competencies

• Strong technological & operational knowledge covering advanced analytics and master data management
• Proven ability to drive automation- process orientation in a large complex organization
• Advanced knowledge of various data architecture and analysis methods and tools, e.g., SQL, BI, data mining, dashboarding, machine learning, predictive analytics, generative AI, Agentic AI
• Operational understanding of applicable E2E processes across service units Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, etc.
• Ability to develop new creative concepts and then take them from the discovery phase through to delivery
• Passion for continuous improvement; challenging the status quo, efficient problem solving, driver of high performance
• Strong stakeholder management skills; able to effectively deal with resistance and conflicts, build strong relationships, and establish trust
• Demonstrated leadership skills; able to build, motivate and lead teams in an international context
• Program and project management skills are required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, economics or computer science.
• Master's degree highly desirable. MS/MBA or equivalent
