Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in Python, FAST API, React, and AWS.

As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions, while providing technical guidance and mentoring to the team.

Responsibilities :

  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
  • Software Design and Architecture: Architect and design end-to-end solutions leveraging Python, FAST API, React, and AWS services.
  • Define technical requirements, system architecture, and design patterns to meet business objectives and scalability requirements.
  • Full-stack Development: Hands-on development using Python and FAST API for backend services, React for frontend development, and AWS services for cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
  • API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs using FAST API framework, ensuring compatibility, scalability, and performance.
  • Integrate with third-party APIs and services as needed to enhance functionality and interoperability.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and API Gateway.
  • Implement best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization.
  • DevOps Practices: Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
  • Automate deployment processes, infrastructure provisioning, and monitoring using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities across the stack.
  • Implement strategies for improving application responsiveness, scalability, and resource utilization.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and innovation.
  • Coordinate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7 - 9 years of experience in software development, with hands-on expertise in Python, FAST API, React, and AWS.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience leading development teams, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior developers.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development, including backend services, frontend frameworks, and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience with API development using FAST API or similar frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, including compute, storage, networking, and security services.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to addressing technical challenges.
