Technical Lead : React.JS, Node.JS, AWS

Our Client is an AI Tech product company Headquartered in London UK and developing an AI powered enterprise platform that enables insurers the flexibility to scale capacity as needed, safely, securely, efficiently and at speed. Intelligent and flexible, tool understands global insurance processing challenges, and seamlessly solves them. A smart and powerful modular SaaS platform that is built on robust technology, substantially minimising time and money, whilst maximizing speed to market. We are hiring for the following positions for their Technology Center in Bengaluru, India

Job Overview

A Technical lead will be responsible for the development, leading, overseeing and implementation of projects; providing guidance and direction to developers. Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. They must possess strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee the technical planning, development, and execution of projects while ensuring that coding and architectural standards are followed.

- Offer developers technical mentoring and guidance, including code reviews and performance evaluations.

- Work collaboratively to define the project's requirements, scope, and deliverables with project managers and stakeholders.

- Estimate project timelines to achieve project objectives.

- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.

- Act as a point of escalation for technical issues and provide timely resolutions or recommendations.

- Conduct regular meetings and status updates to keep the team and stakeholders informed about project progress.

- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members, ensuring the right skill set and cultural fit.

Skills :


- Strong technical expertise in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools related to the project domain.

- Coding knowledge on React and/or Node JS and should be able to code and implement features necessary for the product using ReactJS or/and Node JS.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and provide innovative solutions.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality results within time constraints.

- Promote and foster collaboration and engagement with all team members, mentoring and coaching team members.

Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in technology

- 6 + years of experience in leading and delivering complex technical projects.
