Shift timing: 4pm to 1 am (4pm to 8:30 pm work from office post 8:30pm remote)


Role Overview:

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with prospects, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales or business development team. This is a key position that ensures our pipeline stays full and our sales team can focus on closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make consistent outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists or CRM.
  • Introduce the company, build rapport, and qualify prospects based on defined criteria.
  • Schedule confirmed appointments for the sales or business development team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets (calls made, appointments booked).
  • Handle basic objections professionally and escalate complex queries to the appropriate team member.
  • Coordinate with sales staff to ensure smooth handover of scheduled meetings.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and call performance to help optimize outreach strategy.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar outbound calling role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (clear, confident, and persuasive).
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and handle objections professionally.
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with (e.g., US EST, UK GMT) time zones.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
