Position Responsibilities
As a Sr Product Operations Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our portfolio of products. You will support the product organization and collaborate closely with the Product and Strategy team to drive product excellence and customer satisfaction to meet business goals. Must be open to Global working hours.
Who You Are:
You have a proven track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously, influencing/negotiating workflow, and setting expectations for large transformational initiatives.
You have a proven ability to work cross-team with leadership, product owners, scrum masters, designers, and developers – and synthesize feedback and input from stakeholders.
You will find opportunities for improvement and regularly present on product performance and product/business insights.
You communicate respectfully in challenging situations and can explain ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively with cross-functional teams and partners.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain operational efficiency aligned with business objectives, customer needs and product strategy.
Collaborate with Product Strategy to map outcomes and value creation to support the strategy and vision we’re building today.
Influence the product productivity stack including Azure DevOps (ADO), Aha, Echoes, etc.
Champion the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs throughout the organization.
Utilize data and analytics to assess product performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
You will be a change agent, skilled executor, organization designer, and cultural champion.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Help create and enforce best practices and standards, ensure consistency and alignment across products and teams, and enable product-led growth.
Enable the success of the product team and the products they build.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in managing operations of program or product - experience with enterprise (ERP) software is a plus.
3+ years in supporting 2+ major product portfolios simultaneously.
Experience with the Agile process.
Experience in product management, product operations, or a related role in the SAAS industry.
Proven experience in interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure teams are well-managed, driving iterative delivery and outcomes.
Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and drive change.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in complex facilitation and dependency management.
Superior written, verbal, and visual communication/people skills.
