Position Responsibilities
As a Sr Research Operations Specialist you will play a pivotal role in defining the mechanisms and strategies that set user research in motion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, User Experience, and Design Operations to drive research excellence and customer satisfaction to meet business goals across our portfolio of products. Must be open to Global working hours.

You have a proven track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously.
You have a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and partners.
You will find opportunities for improvement and regularly present on product performance and product/business insights.
You communicate respectfully in challenging situations and can explain ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively with cross-functional teams and partners.
You have mixed method research experience including quantitative (e.g., survey, experimental) and qualitative (e.g., interviews, usability testing).
Able to autonomously create, document, communicate, manage, and scale standards, templates, processes, and engagement models with the team and internal partners.
What You’ll Do:
Amplify UX Research through operational velocity, quality, and efficiency.
Identify and strategize research operations processes and apply design thinking to explore new solutions in collaboration with the UX team.
Manage, define, and scale research tools and processes needed to support our UXers in delivering and scaling the impact of research across an organization.
Work with UX and product to establish needs and requirements to build appropriate sourcing initiatives to recruit the best users to take part in surveys and tests.
Advocate for systems that work both for internal stakeholders as well as external user participants, eliciting feedback on their experience participating in user research and seeking opportunities to improve.
Collaborate with UX to establish a process and organization to the way we conduct research with our partners in Product Management and Engineering.
Qualifications
5+ years of UX research experience.
3+ years of experience coordinating, scheduling, and managing internal and external resources in a similar role.
3+ Experience working in or with Research Operations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred experience using Usability Hub or similar.
Thrives in a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrate curiosity, humility, and empathy in all you do.
A creative self-starter with a bias for action.
