Job SummaryWe have an immediate need for a talented and hardworking Workday Certified Payroll Lead Consultant to lead the implementations of Workday Payroll solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will have extensive experience implementing Workday US Payroll and will be able to lead a team of consultants to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fieldActive Workday US Payroll certification Required; Workday Canada payroll and/or UK payroll certificates are a plusMinimum 5 years of experience leading payroll implementationsExperience as a lead consultantExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and design reporting solutions and ensure project successProvide guidance, support, and mentorship to Implementation Consultants and project teamsEnsure the quality and accuracy of all payroll solutionsStay up-to-date with the latest Workday Payroll trends and best practices
