Independent Consultant for Implementation Strategy Project
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and confident independent consultant to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of client initiatives. The consultant will play a pivotal role in facilitating workshops, collecting feedback, and monitoring progress throughout the 6-month project. Automotive industry exposure will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct workshops with CBU heads, plant heads, and HoD's to discuss and align on client initiatives.
Build strong relationships with clients and effectively communicate project progress and outcomes.
Be willing and able to travel to various client locations to participate in workshops and meetings.
Attend weekly meetings with the CMT to review project progress and provide updates on initiative implementation.
Facilitate feedback sessions with 6 clusters to gather insights on planned structures, KPIs, and implementation.
Track post-implementation progress and provide regular updates to the CMT.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in consulting or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Confidence in facilitating workshops and leading discussions.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
A proactive and problem-solving approach.
Project Duration
