Sr. Officer

Role & responsibilities :

This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely delivery of products.

• Lead and optimize the production planning process for injectable products.
• Efficient coordination with procurement, artwork development, CQA, and other relevant stake holders for effective operations.
• Material shortages calculation against plan on regular basis and Follow-up with SCM and QC for procurement and release. Release of RM/ PM Material issuance order in SAP and its verification on daily basis.
• BOM preparation, Material code preparation in SAP
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to ensure raw material availability
• Monitor production schedules, material requirements, and capacity utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and drive continuous improvements
• Generate and analyze production reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 5-10 years of experience in PPIC, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Proficient in SAP systems and MS Office applications
• Strong analytical skill, managing large data basis, excellent problem-solving mindset and inter-personal skill with effective communication and presentation, ready to accept new challenges in defined role.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
