- Responsible for New computer Installation, Upgrades, software Installation, Hardware related support, Managing Inventory and providing the end support to users at site.
- Responsible for but not limited to, User management of software for creation, modification and disabling the users and assigning privilege groups as per the procedure defined in the respective SOP and Audit trail review.
- Responsible to perform Backup, restoration, Archival of computerize system.
- Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems. When unable to resolve.
- Responsible to maintain the office IT assets & assets inventory.
- Monitoring and periodically update the antivirus in all system.
- Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all call support.
- Identification of unsafe act & conditions and efforts towards elimination.
- Any other work allocates by the immediate supervisor like computer system validation.
- Responsible to provide the IT related support for Quality and Manufacturing Instrument & Equipments for time synchronization, alarm verification etc.
- Responsible to monitor server room, Network Structure and firewall management at site.
- Responsible for preparing and timely execution of all planners activities like Restoration, Archival, Backup Scheduler, Balance Inventory, Preventive Maintenance and audit trial review.
- Responsible to create the monthly/Yearly folders and Directories in standalone & server client systems as per functional SOP.
- Responsible to Install & configuration Microsoft office and outlook in users system. And
- Responsible for troubleshoot Microsoft windows related issues.
- Responsible to provide the Manage Hand Held Devices and all type Printers.
- Ensuring staff is properly trained on new systems. And Providing End users support for technical support on the desk and remotely.
- Responsible for departmental SOP preparation and review.
- To maintain the document as per cGMP, GDP requirement.
- To prepare Annual SOP Training Plan and GxP Technical Planner in consultation with Section Head or HOD.
- To arrange training for applicable employees in defined timeline for newly prepared or revised SOPs and SOPs mentioned in Annual SOP Training Plan & GxP Technical Planner.
- Responsible for initiating and participating in Quality Management System such as Change Control, Incident, CAPA, Market Complaint, OOS, OOT and non-conformance investigations.
- Responsible for escalation of data integrity violation, GMP violation to Department Head and involved in investigation.
- To follow all cGMP, GDP, Data Integrity policy, Regulatory Affairs, FDA, EU etc.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate Should have Exposure of Pharma Plant.
- Adequate knowledge of audit compliance and Guidelines with strong communication skills.
- Candidate Should well familiar with Pharma Guidelines.
- Candidate should have good Verbal and Written Communication.
- Willing to Relocate in Indore, M.P.
- Willing to Work in a Shift.
