Job Description: Process Associate (Data) at Hikeon Technologies Pvt Ltd

Position Summary:

As a Process Associate (Data) at Hikeon Technologies Pvt Ltd, you will play a vital role in analyzing, designing, and improving business processes related to data management and utilization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization, develop data-driven solutions, and ensure efficient data flow across the organization. Your expertise in data analysis, process mapping, and business requirements gathering will be essential in driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze Existing Data Processes: Conduct thorough analysis of current data processes, systems, and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.- Business Process Mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to map out existing and future data processes, documenting key steps, inputs, outputs, and dependencies.- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document automated data processes, workflows, and configurations. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on how to utilize and interact with automated data solutions.- Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis, including data profiling, validation, and cleansing, to ensure data quality and integrity.- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and streamlining of data workflows, and make recommendations for process improvements.- Workflow Automation: Identify opportunities for workflow automation within the data lifecycle, including data ingestion, data processing, data analysis, and reporting.- Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate change management activities, including training, communication, and adoption of new data processes and systems.- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data processes, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless integration of data processes and alignment with business objectives.- Industry Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management, analytics, and process improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience as a Process Associate or similar role, with a focus on data-related projects.- Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques, process mapping methodologies, and business process improvement frameworks.- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, or other statistical analysis software.- Familiarity with data management principles, data governance, and data quality assurance.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends, patterns, and insights.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Experience with project management methodologies and tools is desirable.- Join our team at Hikeon Technologies Pvt Ltd and contribute to driving data-driven decision-making and process optimization to propel our business growth.
