Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a d2c expert at Spunkies. The d2c expert will be responsible for managing direct-to-consumer strategies, analyzing market trends, optimizing customer experience, and driving online sales growth. Daily tasks include monitoring campaigns, developing marketing initiatives, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring a seamless online shopping journey for customers.
Qualifications
- E-commerce, Digital Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills- Expert in fashion- Trend and Inventory forecasting- Experience in analyzing market trends and optimizing online sales- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Knowledge of D2C business models and strategies- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus- Campaign management
