Job Description for OTC:
Skill - OTC/OTC Collections
Shift - Night shifts
Exp - 2 to 7 years
Education - BBA/B.Com/MBA/M.Com
- Daily monitoring of incoming payments
- Downloading of Bank statement
- Daily applying & clearing payments in SAP
- Working on customer Direct Debit payments
- Working on Intercompany payments & clearing
- Interact with client stake holder on weekly governance call
- Excellent written & Verbal English communication skill
- Provide subject matter expertise & leadership while giving resolution for complex issues.
Experience required:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry.
- Basic Graduate in Commerce
- Strong understanding of Cash application process
- Customer / Client facing experience
- Proficient MS skills
SAP hands on experience is must
Skill sets:
- Strong understanding of Cash Application process
- Good written & oral communication skills
- Strong Analytical & interpersonal skills
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skills.
- Experience in creating knowledge base would be an advantage
Job Description for RTR:
Skill - RTR
Shift - Night shifts
Exp - 4 to 9 years
Education - BBA/B.Com/MBA/M.Com
- Experience in General Ledger Accounting, Treasury Accounting, Bank Reconciliations, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations, reviewing Journals, Fixed Assets Accounting, Month End close activities, etc.
- Experience in finance operations work with expertise in (RTR) / GL/Reporting related processes in a BPO/Shared Services environment.
- Exposure to an SAP ERP environment SAP in a multi country environment with Shared service exposure.
- Preferred background being manufacturing / service industry / Equipment provider.
- Required good knowledge on MS Excel, MS Access, Macros.

- Interpersonal skills and Positive attitude
- Commitment to quality work
- Act as a subject matter expertise in the areas of RTR Process Be well equipped with R2R process like Bank Reconciliations, Treasury Accounting, Fixed Assets Accounting, Journal Processing, Month End Closing activities, Reconciliation and Reporting process
- Ensure to meet up ESAT and CSAT score align with client’s agreed SLAs & KPI’s.
- To ensure timely review and closure of open items before closure as per Month end activity for GL and Fixed Assets Sub ledger closure and reconciliations as applicable
