We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Content Manager who blends creative storytelling with strong client relationship management. You'll drive content creation, craft compelling campaigns, manage multiple client accounts, and ensure seamless execution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute insight-driven social media calendars and integrated campaigns.
  • Create engaging content and compelling copy for digital and print platforms.
  • Interpret client briefs to deliver impactful ideas and marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with design, media, and production teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.
  • Supervise and mentor junior client servicing executives, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, budgets, and conduct performance analysis post-campaign.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive client business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in social media marketing, content writing, and client servicing within an agency environment.
  • Strong proficiency in English and Hindi; experience in content management systems and SEO is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for advertising, creative storytelling, and delivering client success.
