We're Hiring: Operations AssociateLocation: Gurgaon, HaryanaCompany: DATAPKT Private LimitedExperience: 0-2 YearsImmediate Joining PreferredAbout the RoleDATAPKT is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our fast-growing team working on drone-based survey and mapping projects. This role is crucial to ensure the smooth execution of field operations and effective coordination across project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project initiation, planning, execution, and delivery across GIS and drone survey assignments.Monitor daily progress and milestones through updates from team leads.Maintain project schedules, documentation, and resource tracking.Coordinate with internal teams—field, processing, and technical—for timely project execution.Review field progress reports to ensure compliance with operational and data quality standards.Identify potential risks or delays and take corrective action.Assist in QA/QC coordination and final deliverable validation.Prepare periodic progress and status reports for management and clients.Track operational expenses and assist with cost control documentation.Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiency, and project growth initiatives.What We’re Looking For0-2 years of experience in operations or field coordination (freshers welcome).Excellent communication & coordination skills .Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation tools .Knowledge in GIS And Remote Sensing Software:ESRI ArcGIS Suite (ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Server)QGIS (Open-source alternative, plugins)AutoCAD / Civil 3D (for GIS-CAD integration)DGPS / GNSS Survey Tools (Trimble, Leica, Topcon)Total Station data handlingDrone Survey Processing Software :Pix4DAgisoft MetashapeSatellite imagery analysis (Sentinel, Landsat, PlanetScope, WorldView, etc.)Why Join UsWork on cutting-edge drone technology and real-world infrastructure projects.Be a part of a dynamic and supportive team .Get hands-on experience with project execution and field operations .Opportunity to grow with a scaling tech-driven company .Interested?Apply now here or at with the subject line "Operations Associate"#DroneJobs #TechnicalOperationsManager #GurgaonJobs #HiringNow #Datapkt #FieldOperations #FreshersWelcome
