Key Responsibilities:

  • Attain deep knowledge of all live sound products across Ansata's brands and stay updated on industry trends and competitive products.
  • Engage proactively with partners, dealers, and stakeholders in the respective regions to coordinate support, training, and project activities effectively.
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support and deliver product training to customers independently.
  • Offer on-site support for live events, managing seamless setup, configuration, operation, and post-show reporting while strictly following brand-specific procedures.
  • Understand customer requirements, assess feasibility, collect detailed site data, and create precise installation designs, Bills of Quantity, and proposals that align with budgets and timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Any Diploma/ Certification / Degree in the field of Audio from a reputed institution.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Hands-on experience in the field of live sound or rental is a plus.

  • We are hiring for Kochi, Chennai, Calicut and Delhi as well.

  • Fluency in the local language is preferred.
