We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with over 4 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Salesforce development best practices, Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and customization to meet complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and workflows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize Salesforce applications for maximum efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, security guidelines, and coding best practices.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and provide technical support for Salesforce applications.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Governor Limits, and Data Model.
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD tools, and DevOps for Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have (Preferred):

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks for LWC customization.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹424, ₹2,000,000.00 per year
