Job Title: International BDE – EdTech (US Shift)
Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven International Business Development Executive (BDE) for our EdTech vertical to connect with and onboard students/clients from international markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and sales skills with experience in EdTech or similar domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to prospective international students/clients in the EdTech sector.
- Conduct calls, virtual meetings, and follow-ups with leads from the US market.
- Explain courses, programs, and services to prospective students/clients and convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in international sales/business development (preferably EdTech).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in US shift (night shift).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Target-driven with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
