To fuel our next phase of growth, we’re looking for aSenior Revenue Managerwho can drive strategy, strengthen processes, and unlock topline performance across diverse hotels and resorts.What You’ll Do Leadmulti-property revenue managementacross Spectra’s managed and asset-managed hotels. Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to designdynamic pricing strategies . Drive channel optimization (OTAs, CRS, GDS, brand.com) to achieve theoptimal business mix . Prepare accurateforecasts, budgets, and performance dashboardsfor owners and leadership. Collaborate with GMs, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies. Supportpre-opening hotelswith positioning, pricing models, and launch strategies. Introduce scalableframeworks, SOPs, and playbooksfor revenue and asset management. Mentor property-level executives and strengtheninternal commercial capabilities .What We’re Looking For 8–10 years’ experiencein hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure. Proven record of improvingRGI, RevPAR, and occupancyacross varied property formats. Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
