WHAT WILL YOU DO AT WHOLSUM FOODS?If the problem statement of picking an established brand and a new brand and taking them to the next stage in the growth journey to align with the vision / value proposition excites you and if you have a history of strategizing and executing creative acquisition and remarketing strategies across the B2C or D2C space on a mass level, then read on.

Performance Marketing Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Ideating and executing innovative digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels to drive brand growth and revenue growth of up to 3x in the next 6 months.

Campaign Planning and Execution:Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across platforms such as but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.

Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.Work closely with the data team to analyze customer behavior and preferences.

Budget Management:Own and manage performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.Implement budget forecasting and monitoring processes to track and optimize spending.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, content, and design, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.Work closely with the product team to incorporate product launches into marketing campaigns.

Testing and Optimization:Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize marketing budget performance and enhance conversion rates.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in marketing strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:Provide regular and ad-hoc reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations.Present findings to leadership and stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

Team Leadership:Building and leading a high-performing team of 2-4, across performance marketing, retention and affiliates; providing mentorship, and driving a culture of excellence.

WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE?5 years of experience in performance/ growth marketing or a related field.Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel performance marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.Experience managing budgets and optimizing spending for maximum ROI.Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring a team is a plus.Experience in D2C brand is a plus with god Meta/Facebook expertiseWHAT WILL YOU GET?Fast paced growth in the startup FMCG space.Mentorship from senior people / board members / in house expertsAbility to think strategically and lead.Key involvement in shaping the overall course of the startup and the customer experience at Wholsum Foods.STARTING DATE - Position open immediatelyLocation - Gurugram (NCR)
