Need Co-TEK (Technical Manager) for Infinity Hyundai, Jharsuguda, Odisha location.

Job Responsibility:

Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a deep understanding of vehicle technology and diagnostic skills using Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Troubleshoot and analyze the root causes of complex technical problems.
  • Assist technicians in resolving complex issues that they cannot handle.
  • Prepare skill matrices for technical staff and design classroom/On-the-Job Training (OJT) plans accordingly.
  • Act as a relay trainer at the dealership.
  • Ensure that vehicles are repaired as per repair order (RO) verbatim and instructions.
  • Share best practices and important observations with the team in meetings.
  • Minimize repeat repairs and improve workshop productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure all SOPs are adhered during diagnosis and repair.

Qualification: Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or MMV.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years Experience in automobile dealership.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
