Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability—designs that sell Confidence in handling client objections and building long-term relationships. 2. The Creative Visionary (Design Focused) Strong skills in space planning, concept development, and 3 D visualization. Expertise in Auto CAD, 3 DS Max, V-Ray, Sketch Up, Enscape, or Corona for photorealistic renders. Ability to present designs persuasively and manage projects from concept to execution. A keen eye for trends, materials, and aesthetics that elevate interiors.
